Collection and Use of Personal Data

The personal data that visitors enter when registering or submitting inquiries via the contact form on this website, by sending an inquiry by e-mail to info@pp-ucka.hr, or by delivering it to the Učka Nature Park Public Institution by postal mail to the address: Učka Nature Park Public Institution, Poklon 8, Vela Učka, 51410 Opatija, Croatia, are used exclusively for future communication between the Učka Nature Park Public Institution and the person who submitted the inquiry, related to the subject of the registration or inquiry.

Submitting personal data is voluntary and constitutes the sender’s consent for the data to be used for communication between the Učka Nature Park Public Institution and the sender, relating to the resolution of the submitted inquiry or request.

The data is stored in the database of the Učka Nature Park Public Institution and is kept fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR (EU) 2016/679].

The Učka Nature Park Public Institution will not disclose personal data to third parties unless required to do so by law. The Učka Nature Park Public Institution has adopted physical, technical, and organizational measures to ensure the prevention of personal data breaches, such as loss or damage, and unauthorized access, alteration, or processing of personal data. Security measures have been introduced to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the processing of personal data, as well as to maintain the security of personal data stored or transmitted, so that they cannot be read, copied, modified, lost, removed, or destroyed without authorization. The Učka Nature Park Public Institution retains personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary.

The data sender has the right to request from the Učka Nature Park Public Institution access to their personal data, as well as its correction or deletion, and has the right to restrict processing relating to them, to lodge an objection to such processing, and the right to data portability, all in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR (EU) 2016/679].
